1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By registering an account or using any part of the 9th platform, you hereby agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must cease using the platform immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the 9th platform. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all conditions stated herein. 9th reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Account Creation & Security
- Users must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 9th reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
- Accounts may not be registered under another person's name or using a false identity.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility, whether authorised or not.
- You must notify 9th immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Use a strong, unique password and never share your login credentials with anyone.
3User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 9th platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Use of the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, or system manipulation is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Transferring funds between accounts for the purposes of fraud or money laundering.
- Sharing your account or allowing others to use it.
- Distributing offensive, threatening, or unlawful content through the platform.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the functionality of the platform.
- Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes within the set limits.
- Accessing games and services offered in accordance with the stipulated terms.
- Contacting customer support for enquiries and issues related to your account.
- Updating your personal information to keep your account data accurate.
4Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 9th platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are their own and obtained through legitimate means. 9th reserves the right to request proof of fund ownership where required for compliance purposes.
Accepted deposit methods include local e-wallets such as Boost and DuitNow. Minimum and maximum limits for each deposit and withdrawal transaction are subject to the platform's current policy and may vary depending on the payment method selected.

5Limitation of Liability, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Platform Limitation of Liability
The 9th platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of gaming funds, technical service disruptions, or unauthorised access resulting from the user's own negligence.
9th does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times. We will make every effort to restore services as quickly as possible in the event of technical disruptions, but we shall not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods.
Account Suspension and Closure
9th reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unauthorised use of the platform. Funds held in accounts closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited at the platform's discretion.
Users whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons (not due to a violation) may apply to withdraw their remaining valid funds within the timeframe set by the platform, once the verification process is complete.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 9th platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and code — is the exclusive property of the platform and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, republish, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 9th.
Any unauthorised use of platform content may result in legal action in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
6Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms and Governing Law

The 9th platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors. 9th is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms of service.
Changes to These Terms
9th reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. Notice of material changes may be sent via email or in-platform notification at 9th's discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should such negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for all matters relating to the 9th platform.
